At Jeff Dillon Fine Art, each artwork is created, prepared, and inspected with care. All items offered for sale are produced individually at the time an order is placed and are issued as limited works accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity where applicable. Because of the custom, limited, and made-to-order nature of the work, returns are accepted only under the conditions outlined below.
14-day conditional return policy
Jeff Dillon Fine Art offers a 14-day conditional return policy on eligible limited edition prints only. To request a return, you must contact Jeff Dillon Fine Art within 14 days of delivery and receive approval before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Items eligible for return consideration
Only eligible limited edition prints may be considered for return.
To qualify, the item must:
• Be an eligible limited edition print
• Be unframed
• Not be oversized
• Not be a custom size
• Be in brand-new, original condition
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Include receipt and/or proof of purchase
• Include the order number and original order email
• Be approved for return before being shipped back
Returns are reviewed after the item has been received and inspected. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on the condition of the returned artwork and whether all return requirements have been met.
If a return is approved, Jeff Dillon Fine Art may provide a refund, partial refund, store credit, or e-gift card depending on the condition of the returned item and the circumstances of the return.
Final sale and non-returnable items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
• Original paintings
• Framed limited edition prints
• Oversized limited edition prints
• Custom-size limited edition prints
• Gift cards and e-gift cards
• Calendars, books, and fine art greeting cards
• Final sale items
• Any item not returned in original condition and original packaging
For the purpose of this policy, an oversized print is any print with a single side measuring over 30 inches. Because original paintings, framed prints, oversized prints, custom-size prints, books, calendars, greeting cards, and other made-to-order items are produced, prepared, or issued specifically for the purchaser, they cannot be returned to regular inventory or resold as new.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered. Each artwork or print order is custom-made, prepared, or issued specifically for the purchaser.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Returned items must be packaged carefully and shipped in a way that protects the artwork during transit. Jeff Dillon Fine Art is not responsible for damage caused by poor return packaging or mishandling during return shipment.
Customs, duties, tariffs, and import fees
Customs duties, tariffs, import fees, brokerage fees, taxes, and other government or courier charges are not refunded by Jeff Dillon Fine Art. If a shipment is refused, returned, delayed, or held because customs fees, tariffs, import charges, or required documentation are not paid or provided by the recipient, no refund will be issued. Any return shipping, courier, or handling fees may also be billed to the recipient.
Restocking fee
A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied depending on the condition of the returned item, packaging, and whether the item can reasonably be returned to inventory. In some cases, store credit or an e-gift card may be offered instead of a refund.
Refund timing
Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your artwork arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, you must contact Jeff Dillon Fine Art within 7 days of delivery. To review a damage claim, you must provide:
• Clear photos of the artwork
• Clear photos of the packaging
• Multiple angles showing the damage to the packaging and/or artwork
• Your order number, original email, and proof of purchase
Damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once verified, a replacement will be sent as quickly as possible. Claims submitted without clear photographic documentation, or submitted more than 7 days after delivery, may not be eligible for replacement or other resolution.
Customer handling damage
Artwork must be handled with care upon receipt. Damage resulting from improper handling, installation, framing, storage, unpacking, or exposure to unsuitable environments is not eligible for refund, replacement, repair, store credit, or e-gift card.
Price adjustment policy
If an item you purchased goes on sale within seven days of your order date, you may request a one-time price adjustment. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact Jeff Dillon Fine Art within this seven-day period and provide a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase. Sales are coordinated with external partners, and price adjustments are based solely on the amount actually paid at checkout. Approved adjustments will be refunded to the original method of payment, and you should see the refund reflected in your account within three to five business days.
Cancellations
Orders may not be cancelled once production or preparation has begun. Because all items are made to order, cancellations are not accepted after purchase.
