這幅由加拿大藝術家 Jeff Dillon 創作的原創厚塗丙烯畫，是受委託而成的極具個人意義之作，展現了蘇格蘭歷史悠久的福斯橋在建築結構上的力量與情感上的重要性。橋梁以其無可辨識的懸臂結構橫跨水面，不僅承載著鐵路工程的歷史，也承載著人們曾經搭乘列車穿越其上的旅程記憶與經歷。

福斯橋是備受推崇的蘇格蘭地標，而這幅畫作保存了這座永恆地標的風采。這幅畫是由一位深愛丈夫的妻子，為她的蘇格蘭籍丈夫委託創作的。他主修電機工程，並曾搭乘火車經過福斯鐵路橋。

福斯橋是蘇格蘭的象徵，也是鐵路工程史上具有代表性的成就，直到今日依然傲然矗立。它在 130 多年前建成時，標誌著鋼材首次成為英國最主要的建築材料，同時也打通了從倫敦至亞伯丁的東海岸鐵路連線。這座橋無論對客運或貨運而言，都在全球懸臂桁架橋的殿堂中占有一席之地；時至今日，自啟用以來其整體仍大致維持不變——真實的結構與設計僅對材料和構造進行極少改動，因此其功能仍如最初建造者所期望般持續運作。
