#57 – Maxwells Millions

Original Work By Jeff Dillon

A gravel path through a farmer’s field reveals a snowy scene. The large, freshly blanketed tree is sheltering an old green truck. This painting is intended to commemorate our cherished items that may only hold value to us but are nonetheless invaluable tokens of another time. This is a cool toned piece, with plenty of titanium white and slate grey. Fresh, fluffy snow clings to the branches above the aging vehicle. The warm browns of the tree trunk and emerald green of the truck break up the quietness of this wintery piece.

Original Size: 24″ x 36″

Objects in the paintings retain their realistic appearance yet have a vibrancy and fluidity about them, unique to his work. Jeff Dillon’s new expression of Post-Impressionism is both beloved and revered in the Canadian and Global Contemporary Art World.
