This limited edition fine art print by Canadian artist Jeff Dillon captures the rugged beauty of white pines rooted deeply into the bedrock of northern Ontario. Reproduced from the original heavy body acrylic painting, the artwork preserves the warm sunset atmosphere, textured rock formations, and quiet resilience of the windswept landscape.

This piece features two rugged and determined white pines, growing into the bedrock of northern Ontario. These trees are examples of nature growing despite the odds. In northern Ontario, pines often grow directly into the bedrock and over time actually cause it to crack, shear off, or break under pressure. The sunset fills the landscape with warmth, illuminating the rock face and surrounding shoreline with soft glowing light. The sky carries layered evening colour while the trees and weathered stone remain grounded and resilient within the composition.
