Rich colour contrast and flowing underwater movement define this limited edition fine art print reproduced from an original heavy body acrylic painting by Canadian artist Jeff Dillon. The vivid fins, iridescent scales, and dark surrounding space preserve the luminous atmosphere and intricate detail found within the original artwork.

Betta fish are known for their flashy colours and long fins that flow around them like ball gowns under the water. This piece has a unique background, exclusively finished with a highly saturated black tone. The majestic fish is pictured in a flattering side profile, demonstrating its glowing scale pattern of vivid blues, violets, magentas, and reds. An ethereal iridescence graces the entire fish. These fish are native to Asia and very prolific in Thailand. In nature, they generally inhabit shallow bodies of water with abundant vegetation, including marshes and flood plains.

Limited Edition Prints are limited are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity hand-signed and numbered by the artist.
