La couleur devient le point central de cette peinture acrylique à corps épais de l'artiste canadien Jeff Dillon. Le poisson combattant se déplace à travers la composition avec une présence vive, sa forme fluide oscillant entre des tons cramoisis, bleus et oranges qui captent la lumière différemment sur la surface de la peinture.

Certaines créatures de la nature nous font réaliser que le spectre des couleurs est incroyablement vaste. Ce délicat petit poisson combattant en est un parfait exemple avec ses écailles cramoisies saisissantes. Une iridescence bleue et orange accompagne le rouge ardent rendant la forme de ce poisson très dynamique et chatoyante.
Le certificat d'authenticité qui l'accompagne est également signé et numéroté à la main par l'artiste.
